Toggle on Lab Report Needed
By turning on the toggle a new card will be created just above Attorney Work Product.
Note: If you have saved data in the Lab Request card and turn this toggle off, it will pop open a message asking for confirmation
Choose State of Case
Choose the State of the Case by clicking one of the Radio buttons
Charges pending
Choosing this will add a yellow background indicator color
Charges Filed
Choosing this will add a pink background indicator color
Choose Type of Report needed
You may choose as many types of reports as you need.
Add Comments (optional)
Add any comments you want to pass on here in the comment text field.
Delete / Save
Click delete to remove the entry – a confirmation modal will appear
Click Save to commit the choice to Case
Multiple Defendants
If there are multiple defendants on a report you will see a section appear that allows you to add one to all defendants to the lab request
You can Select All by choosing it in the drop list
To remove a defendant from field, click the “x” before the name
